How to find us
We are situated on the edge of Bodmin moor near the village of Pensilva. The site is open at all times, but our car park is only available for funerals. Some roadside parking is available opposite the main gate. If you wish to meet one of us at the site, please ring within office hours to arrange an appointment.
NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT FOLLOW SATNAV directions to our postcode as very often these are incorrect. The closest postcode to the site is PL14 5QL. Ensure you are coming to the Pensilva end of Attwood lane as it is not passable from the lower (Cutkieve) end. What 3 Words for the car-park: ///breakfast.slant.lays or this Google pin.
We are easy to find off the B3254 between Liskeard and Pensilva. There is a signpost off this road.
Please when you arrive here don’t drive down Attwood Lane (which would take you past the burial gates on the left, and Tregovenek on your right.) unless you have spoken to us beforehand and arranged to visit other parts of Pentiddy.
From Liskeard (A38) travel north on the B3254. Turn right just before Foredown Common and Pensilva (Signposted Pentiddy Natural Burial Ground). Parking is ¼ mile on the left opposite the granite sign, and the burial site and Community Woodland are across the road at the top of Attwood Lane.
From Launceston (A30) travel south on the B3254. Pass the Pensilva turn on the left and continue down next to the common. Take a left beyond the cattle grid (Signposted Pentiddy Natural Burial Ground).
Parking
There is a small car park on the opposite side of the road to the site offering parking for around 15 cars. This will be opened 30minutes before the funeral (it is not available for general use when visiting). Please park closely using both the top and bottom edges. There is also space for a few cars on the road side. To help with the environmental impact and the parking please try to arrange as much as possible to share transport to the site.
Public transport: Train or Bus to Liskeard, the Plymouth city bus number 74 (timetable here) or taxi from Liskeard to Pensilva.
